To list, a company files its registration, a current insurance policy covering what it intends to sell, the licence or certificate that service requires, and a bank account in the company's own name.
Payment is taken on your own connected account and our commission deducted as a fee. The balance is released after the service date. The full fare never passes through a moovoy account, which is deliberate.
Three obligations, and none of them is exclusivity
Documents stay current
An expiry suspends your listings the same day it happens, automatically, and they return as soon as a replacement is filed. Nobody has to notice first, which is the point of doing it that way.
The price shown is yours
Whatever you set is what a customer sees, including the per-kilometre rate where distance decides the fare. We add nothing on top and we do not discount your work without asking you.
You remain the carrier
Every journey you accept is yours: your vehicles, your crew, and the insurance covering both. We are answerable for the introduction and the payment, and we do not pretend otherwise.
