Three steps, and one company answerable at the end of them
Say where you are going, choose the operator you want, pay. What happens between those and your journey is the part we spend most of our time on.
Say where you are going, choose the operator you want, pay. What sits between those three and your journey is the part we spend most of our time on.
You start with the journey rather than a vehicle. Where a price depends on distance we work it out from the operator's own per-kilometre rate and show you how. That figure is then frozen onto the quote along with the distance and the exchange rate it came from.
Nothing moves under you between agreeing a price and paying it. If a rate feed fails afterwards, the number you were shown is the number you are charged, because it stopped being a calculation the moment you saw it.
What actually happens, in the order it happens
Say where you are going
Four fields: where from, where to, when, and how many of you. Enough to narrow a search and no more - the rest is asked once you have chosen who is carrying you.
Choose the company
You are choosing between businesses, not anonymous listings. Each shows who they are, what they are sending, what they charge and their cancellation terms. If none suit, nothing has been committed.
Pay, and travel
Payment is taken on the operator's own account and our commission deducted as a fee. They are paid out after the service date. If a service is not delivered, you are refunded.
The part we can promise is the part we control
The introduction, the payment working, and a refund when a service you paid for does not happen.
