A marketplace, and deliberately nothing more
We introduce travellers to licensed operators and are paid a commission for it. We do not own vehicles, employ drivers, or set the price of anything.
Most of what makes arranged travel difficult is not finding a car. It is knowing which company to trust with an airport at five in the morning.
That judgement is the thing we are actually selling, and the reason the site is built around operators rather than around vehicles. A vehicle class tells you nothing about who is driving it or whether their insurance is current.
Every partner is a registered business that has filed a licence, a current policy and a bank account in its own name before listing anything. We check at the start and keep checking; a lapse takes their listings down the same day.
Three things we deliberately do not do
We set no price
Operators price their own work. We calculate a distance-based fare from the rate they gave us and show the arithmetic, but the numbers are theirs and the margin is theirs.
We assign no driver
The operator decides who drives, flies or crews. We vet the company, not its staff - checking drivers would make us the operator, and an operator is answerable for the journey itself.
We hold no fare
Payment is taken on the operator's own account and our commission deducted as a fee. The fare never sits in a moovoy balance, which is what keeps the money recoverable if a service is not delivered.
What we are checking for, before anything goes on the site
A registration, a current policy, the licence that service requires, and a bank account in the company's own name. Four documents, checked at the start and re-checked as they approach expiry.
A marketplace, and deliberately nothing more
We introduce travellers to licensed operators and are paid a commission for it. Everything else on this site follows from that.
